For me surfing isn’t just a sport, it’s a lifestyle of meditation, connection, and being present. I teach from a way of feeling. The mind and the body is balanced and it’s navigating that feeling.
I teach all ages—seniors, adults, and kids. In fact, I’ve taught my own kids how to surf over the years.
I was born and raised in Costa Rica and would visit Santa Teresa and other beach towns to surf in my free time. I came back to Santa Teresa in the 90s to finish learning how to surf and never left.

We will live the experience of being in the moment while surfing in the ocean. This is an experience that you can take with you anywhere you are in the world!
We will learn how to flow when paddling, popping up on the board, and riding the wave, but the most important thing is that you enjoy your experience of being in the moment and connecting with yourself and nature.
