I’m Felipe and I love helping my students discover the freedom of surf! I grew up in Matapalo, an untouched area of Costa Rica with world class waves. Teaching surf lessons came naturally when I moved to Santa Teresa in 2016. I love to teach all kinds of level, to see people progress and witness & support their process. Each student is individual; as a surf coach, you need to be authentic in order to build a human connection with your student and understand the right approach for a personalised lesson. To me, teaching surf is more than just a service, I want my students to have fun and feel comfortable, and above all, to experience the joy of surf.

The Advanced Surf Lesson is all about perfecting your surf. We will go to the best surf spots and work together on your personal surf goals and achievements. The main goals are perfecting your skills and your surfing style, while increasing your surf intelligence and your confidence.
